Life rarely lets us plan where we end up / land. Even if we do know, it might look completely different from what we’d imagined. Often it’s so much more interesting. So let’s ride those waves and allow life to surprise us, and actually see the amazing things that are happening in front of us all of the time.

This is about turning our gaze inward, and tuning into the dimensions of being. Art and yoga (to me one and the same thing) nurture our layers and keep them balanced in order to get subtler, or drop down deeper. We may then connect to our inner vastness, and experience a new level of consciousness with love at its root, one where we are all part of everything and have everything within at the same time.

Is there a color to thought, to moods, to breath? I’m concluding that all the colors of the spectrum reside between an inhale and an exhale. If the universe consists of patterns, where within our inner multiverse do we replicate these? I dare guessing: between the exhale and inhale. What do you think?

The problem with having ‘no time’ to take a break and working 24/7 is that eventually, we will crash and need to recover. During that recovery, our productivity takes a hit. Yet when we balance work and rest, we are overall more productive and won’t need to recover at all. So in the end we win time, plus, we will have an overall more wholesome and happy experience of our world. Take a break! Take a breath!

Consider all of the moments that led up to the present one. They formed it. This collage is about how we are but a web of our past experiences. I’m starting to trust that I did need all of those to become me. Every one had its role in bringing me here- physically and emotionally. The older I get the more I see that all of it makes sense, all was needed - even the dark. Maybe especially the dark. So I hope to become even more open to the multiverse of experiences still waiting, knowing that they will guide me in exactly the right direction.

Everything is merely projection. I am seeing everything through a lens that has acquired a million filters that are colored with my life; I am comprised of my past experiences, and everything I perceive is personal to me. That means you can’t take anything I think of or say to you personal, as it is specific to my tainted experience. It is seen through my lens, and you are simply a reflection on its glass. If we realize that we are all projecting all of the time, maybe we can understand that everything that bothers us about others triggers something within us that needs solving. Maybe life is trying to direct our attention somewhere.

we tend to become so wrapped up in our own minds that we live in a hell of our own doing. We make up these stories about what we are like, what other’s are like, how they should behave and how we should behave. And if it doesn’t work out that way, we get upset and lost and stuck. We pick fights and we live in resentment of ourselves and others. .
The good news is we have the power to change those stories at any point. We can erase all the beliefs about ourselves and others and identify them as matters of perception. You can never really live in anyone else’s mind, so let it be. Don’t assume you know how it is in there, just focus on your own world, and make sure it isn’t your personal hell. .
How about a new story of who you are in this very moment. You might just read something you like. You don’t have to wait for an afterlife to exist in heaven.
